Installing 2012 Server on ESXI 4.1

Solution to install Windows 2012 Server on the top of ESXi 4.1

Generally you will get above error, if you try to install windows 2012 Server on the top of ESXi 4.1

Solution as below.

Create a  new VM over the vSphere Client.
As “Guest Operating System” i used Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 (64-bit)
If you finished the creation of the VM download the follwing bios file and upload it to your ESXi datastore
Move the bios file to the folder of the new VM
Now open the .vmx file of the new VM and add the follwing lines

bios440.filename = "bios.440.rom"
mce.enable = TRUE
cpuid.hypervisor.v0 = FALSE
vmGenCounter.enable = FALSE

Cluster 2 (10 Hosts From ESXi 11- ESXI 20)
Cluster 3 (10 Hosts From ESXi 21- ESXI 30)

Steps.
1.       Setup All 30 Physical Servers at the Racks In Data Center
2.       Power on all All 30 Hosts and Configure IPMI according to above configuration Chart.
3.       Than from your Remote machine in the same Lab mount an ESXi 5.1 ISO using your IPMI and install            ESXI 5.1 OS in all Hosts.
4.       And Configure VMK Management1 and VMK Management2 Port Groups according to the Above      Chart.
5.       Create A Virtual Machine install 2008 Server in it and Make it as a Domain VM1.Lab.local

VM1.LAB.LOCAL   IS        Domain Controller                           The IP will be 192.168.16.1
                                                DNS Server
                                                Active Directory Server

Add Below Systems to the Domain, Login A Dedicated Service User

VM2.LAB.LOCAL IS          SQL DATABSE                                     THE IP will be 192.168.16.2

VM3.LAB.LOCAL IS          VIRTUL CENTER SERVER                                The IP will Be 192.168.16.3
                                                (Inventory Service)
(Single Sign On)
(Update manager)
(vSphere Web client)

Once the three Virtual machines installation and configuration Finish

6.       Using vSphere Client tool Connect to the Virtual Center Server.

Create A Data Center
Create  Three Clusters as below

Cluster1 (10 Hosts ESXi 1- ESXi 10)                             HA 2 Host Failover Capacity    and DRS
Cluster 2 (10 Hosts ESXi 11- ESXI 20                           HA 2 Host Failover Capacity    and DRS
Cluster 3 (10 Hosts ESXi 21-ESXI 30)                          HA 2 Host Failover Capacity    and DRS

Inside Clusters Create Virtual Machines

7.       Configure Storage.
One your ISCSI/ FC San configured
Add Luns to the Cluster..

Configures IPMI Integrating WITH Active Directory
Configure ESXI authentication Integration with Active Directory

Your VMware vSphere Data Center is Ready…
