VMware vSphere Physical Design Setup With 8 Nic's

I Devided Network Physically into Two Ways..
     1. LAN Network  1Gbps 
     2. SAN Netowk 1 Gbps 

LAN Network:  IPMI Traffic(1 Vmnic IPMI) , Management Traffic, Virtual Machine Traffic 
(Both from 2 Nics VMnic 0,1)
SAN: ISCSI Traffic(2 Nics Vmnic2,3) , vMotion Traffic(2 Nics  Vmnic 4,5) 

FT Not yet Planed Please Review it and let me know for Better, Design.

    Shouldn't there be a connection between switches? Just in case one of them fails, so the other still has a way to reach the network.
    As for FT, I think that unless you have a database intensive machine on FT, there won't be much traffic just syncing both VMs, so if you dedicate just one NIC to it, should be more than enough.
    I'd also allocate one more NIC to the VM traffic.
